30-Day Return Window

Not completely satisfied? You have 30 days from delivery to return your item for a full refund, exchange, or store credit — no questions asked.

Return Conditions

Your item must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • All original tags attached
  • Free from perfume, stains, or damage
  • In original packaging

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your dress arrived damaged or faulty, we'll make it right. Contact us at contact@albienne.com with photos and your order number. We'll repair, replace, or refund at no cost to you.

Return Shipping

Change-of-mind returns: You cover return shipping. We recommend a tracked service.

Damaged or faulty items: We cover return shipping or provide a prepaid label.

How to Return

  1. Email contact@albienne.com with your order number
  2. We'll send you the return address
  3. Ship your item back in original packaging
  4. Once received, allow 5–7 business days to process
  5. Refund issued to your original payment method

Exchanges

Want a different size or color? Exchanges are available subject to stock. If your preferred item is sold out, we'll offer store credit or an alternative.

Sale Items

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for change-of-mind reasons. However, faulty or damaged items are always covered under consumer protection.

Store Credit Bonus

Prefer store credit? We'll give you 110% of the purchase price — an extra 10% as thanks for choosing credit. Valid for 12 months.
